Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window for items that remain in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Please note that once the tamper-evident seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unworn, remains in its original sealed packaging, and that all security tags are intact before initiating a request.

  Submit Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in a discreet shipping box along with your RMA form to ensure the product is protected and your privacy is maintained during transit.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the seal integrity; approved returns will be processed for a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
